Dr. Cole received her DVM from Washington State University in 2020. She was born and raised in Vancouver, WA and attended the Vancouver campus of WSU and Clark College for her undergraduate degree in Biology. Her professional interests include internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, and urgent care.

Dr. Cole has a spirited young German Shepherd Dog named Albus Dumbledog that keeps life exciting with his sometimes naughty antics. She has an orange tabby cat named Maurice Moss that she refers to as the love of her life. She is the proud aunt of one nephew and one niece. In her free time she likes to add new trails to her hiking list, go backpacking, bake, and create artwork.

Denise Schnackenberg

Denise has lived in Vancouver for over thirty-five years and has enjoyed working in the veterinary field for over 15 of those. She is excited to reunite with Dr. Myers after working together previously for over 5 years.

She has cared for so many pets, and it has always been her goal and desire to treat all of them with kindness and affection.

Tyra Adams

Tyra was born in a small town and her family swears she was born saying “dog.” She started dog walking and dog sitting when she was 12, which eventually led to a job at a doggy day care.

Over 6 years ago Tyra transitioned to veterinary medicine and is now known for her technical skills and compassion.

With her two dogs beside her, Tyra loves to hike and participate in canine sports. Her pups have inspired her to help with animal fitness education and slow the spread of animal obesity.

Angie Rosin

Angie moved to Vancouver 6 years ago from Montana because of her love for the PNW. She started working with dogs at a local groomers shop and as had her own small dog walking business. She is excited to learn more in the veterinary field and build relationships with the clients.

Angie currently has a black lab at home, Gus who is an active 7 year old. Along with a vivacious daughter they keep her company on many hikes and beach trips.

Kenya Williams

Since she was a small child, Kenya has always cared for animals. She would tell anyone who listened that she wanted to work at the “animal doctor” or the zoo when she grew up.

After a few years in human nursing and medicine, Kenya completed a program in Veterinary Assisting and transitioned into the veterinary field in 2016. Currently, Kenya is in school working towards her Veterinary Technicians License.

Her passions in veterinary medicine nursing include anesthesia, dentistry, patient care and client education. In her free time Kenya enjoys being home with her family, including her two cats, Luna and Baby, and her dog Bentley.

In 2017 she began working at a Portland veterinary hospital in the daycare and boarding department. From there she has become one of the welcoming faces of Red Maple, where she has continued to blossom.

She has two cats, a 7 year old gray tabby named Nala and a 2 year old tortie named Dani (aka Kitten). In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friend or watching movies snuggled with her cats.

Greaser (aka The Boss)

Meet our clinic cat, who was rescued by Dr. Cole. He originally came to us with uncontrolled diabetes and severe osteoarthritis. Now you will often find him strutting around the clinic, happy and healthy. He is loves to sleep around the clinic, greet families as they come in, and watch squirrels race around outside.

Keith Myers

RMAH’s practice manager is definitely a jack-of-all-trades. When he’s not helping his wife run the practice, he can be found playing with his kids, teaching science at HeLa high school, co-hosting a popular Seahawks podcast, or fermenting tasty beverages.

As a complete newbie in veterinary medicine, Keith does his best to stay out of the way of the talented staff. He does manage to answer a phone occasionally though, as well as update this website.

Note: the picture is of Pythagorus, his 3-legged cat. That is not a picture of Keith.
