• In-Room Appointment: We offer in-room appointments! We know that for many families, it is less stressful to be able to accompany your furry family member for their appointment. We are happy to welcome people back inside the clinic, where we can communicate face to face. Please see below for our Appointment Procedures for details on in-room appointments.

  • Curbside Appointment: We continue to offer curbside check-ins.  Your pet will be examined in the treatment area of our hospital while we ask that the client waits outside or in their vehicle. Phone conversation with the doctor will be available for open communication while your pet is inside the hospital.

  • Drop-off Appointment: For vulnerable clients or clients with more vulnerable family members, please ask us about a drop-off appointment. We are able to accommodate according to your family’s needs.

  • Hospital Admission (for surgery, dental cleaning, or other procedures): For anesthetic procedures, we will follow our in-room protocol.

For appointments, we will offer the following options: 


  • Please call to check-in for all appointments or hospital admission/drop-off appointments. We continue to keep the lobby closed to minimize patient interactions. This helps reduce their stress and reduces the risk of your pet potentially being exposed to communicable illness.

  • We continue to ask that you wear a mask if you or your family feel ill, as we have immunosensitive staff members.

  • We also ask that no more than 2 adult clients accompany the pet for the appointment.

  • If you are waiting for your appointment, we will ask you to wait in your vehicle and we will call you when we are ready to have you come inside.

  • If you are feeling ill, please reschedule your pet's appointment or have someone else accompany them to the appointment. 

  • For courtesy to all our families and patients, any multiple pet appointments that have 3 or more pets, please be advised that a deposit will be required to secure the appointment. This deposit will be applied to your appointment. This will allow us to ensure that appointment times are not being taken by no-show appointments and preventing other patients that need to be seen.
